What I liked
Being able to transform between robot and vehicle forms during gameplay is fun, and playing as different Transformers gives the campaign some variety.
What I didn't like
The game is fairly linear, and some combat sections start feeling similar after a while.
Story
Seeing the war for Cybertron and playing from different perspectives makes the story interesting, especially if you already like Transformers.
Combat & Gameplay
Switching between vehicle and robot form gives combat and movement more variety. Different characters also have abilities that change how some sections play.
Final Thoughts
A good Transformers action game that makes good use of the characters and transformations, but the linear structure and repetitive combat kept it at a 7 for me.
