Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction
What I liked
I liked the faster combination of stealth and action. You can still sneak around enemies, but when things go wrong the game gives you the ability to fight back instead of forcing you to restart.
What I didn't like
It's less focused on slow, careful stealth than some of the older Splinter Cell games.
Story
Sam Fisher's story is much more personal this time, which gives him a strong reason to go after the people involved.
Combat & Gameplay
Mark and Execute is one of the most enjoyable mechanics. Taking enemies down silently and then quickly eliminating marked targets makes Sam feel extremely capable.
Final Thoughts
A very good stealth-action game. It may be more action-focused than traditional Splinter Cell, but I enjoyed the faster gameplay and the freedom to switch between stealth and combat.
