EVERSPACE™
What I liked
Flying through space, fighting other ships and constantly upgrading my equipment was enjoyable. I also liked discovering what I would find in the next area.
What I didn't like
The repeated cycle eventually started feeling repetitive. Dying and starting another run is part of the game, but doing similar things again wasn't always something I wanted to do.
Combat & Gameplay
Space combat is fast and gives you different weapons and equipment to experiment with. Improving your ship makes later attempts more manageable.
Exploration & Open World
Moving through different sectors gives the game a sense of discovery, even though you're regularly repeating the same basic gameplay cycle.
Final Thoughts
A good space combat game with enjoyable progression and exploration, but the repetitive structure kept me from rating it higher.
