What I liked
The portal system is still one of the most creative gameplay ideas. I liked entering a room, looking around and slowly figuring out how everything needs to work together.
What I didn't like
There were puzzles where I spent longer than I wanted trying to figure out what the game expected me to do.
Story
The story and humor make the game much more entertaining than simply moving from one puzzle room to another. The characters and dialogue are a big part of the experience.
Combat & Gameplay
The puzzles become increasingly complicated as new mechanics are introduced. Solving a difficult room after being stuck on it can be extremely satisfying.
Final Thoughts
A very creative puzzle game with great humor and clever level design. Puzzle games aren't always what I normally look for, but Portal 2 kept me interested.
