What I liked
Destroying buildings is still the best part. The destruction system lets you attack structures in ways that most open-world action games don't allow.
What I didn't like
Outside of the destruction, parts of the missions and open-world design can feel repetitive and dated.
Combat & Gameplay
Using explosives and the sledgehammer to physically destroy structures makes even simple objectives more entertaining.
Comparison
I also rated Red Faction: Guerrilla Steam Edition 7/10. Re-Mars-tered improves the presentation, but the destruction gameplay remains the main reason I enjoy it.
Final Thoughts
The destruction system is still impressive and fun to experiment with, even if other parts of the game show their age. 7/10.
