Far Cry New Dawn
What I liked
I liked returning to Hope County and seeing how completely different it looked after the events of Far Cry 5. The colorful post-apocalyptic world gives the game its own style instead of simply looking like another Far Cry.
What I didn't like
The game is shorter and smaller than the main Far Cry games, and some of the resource collecting and upgrading can become repetitive.
Story
I liked seeing what happened to Hope County and some of its characters after Far Cry 5. The story isn't as strong as Far Cry 5 for me, but the connection between the two games made it more interesting.
Combat & Gameplay
The shooting is still fun, and I liked upgrading weapons and becoming more powerful. Outposts are also enjoyable because you can capture them and then make them more difficult for better rewards.
Exploration & Open World
Hope County looks very different this time, and I enjoyed exploring familiar places after the apocalypse.
Final Thoughts
A fun continuation of Far Cry 5. It's smaller and sometimes repetitive, but I enjoyed the colorful world, weapons and familiar Far Cry gameplay.
